Ocyá
Ocyá is a restaurant aiming to redefine seafood consumption by promoting selective fishing. The visual identity project involved a brand redesign and a full overhaul of its visual universe. For the logo, the goal was to remove excess and simplify, by refining details and improving legibility, which had been compromised in smaller-scale applications. In other words, it was an evolution, rather than a break from the original brand. As for the visual universe, we introduced new type families, a color palette, and graphic elements. A global redesign guided by a strategy to better express Ocyá's essence and aspirations. Naturally, our inspiration came from the sea. Seashells, pebbles, mollusks, along with fishing tools, made up the collection of elements used to shape and give texture to the graphic elements. A handcrafted approach, which echoes both traditional fishing and Ocyá's cuisine.
